(Glasses Re-Lensing Service)

 

 

ORDERING YOUR PRODUCTS:

 

 

- We will start making your order as soon as we receive your frames at our end. 

 

 

- You can visit our Relensing Page to directly place your order on our website. 

 

 

- We’re not responsible for any damage or loss to your frames that you send us for re-lensing. Goggles4U does not take any responsibility, if the frame is: lost in transit, crooked, suffers any breakage, or have disfigured shape at the time of receiving.

 

- We won't be responsible, if, at the time of re-lensing, while removing your original prescription or demo lenses, the production process damages them. If so, we'll try to return them to you in the same condition. But, if the damage is severe then they'll be disposed of from our end.

 

- To avail the re-lensing service, customers must pay for sending their frames to our prodution facility because Goggles4U does not provide prepaid labels for this service. 

 

- We recommend customers to use traceable postal services to send their frames for re-lensing.

 

However, if the frame gets damaged while being re-lensed, we are happy to move forward with your case under the following clauses:

 

 

- If a frame gets crooked, damaged, or suffers breakage, we will offer a free repair of your pair (Standard Adjustments Only) 

 

OR

 

- Instead, you can select a new frame from our colllection of frames in the Rush Service Category within the price range of $39.99. 

 

- If in any case,  you do not wish to go with the aforementioned options, you are entitled to a full refund of your order for re-lensing and your frame will be posted back to you.  

 

DELIVERY:


The delivery time mentioned is after the production phase is completed for re-lensing orders

 

Here's our breakdown of the delivery time for all shipping services available:

- Please note that our re-lensing service is only for the customers in the USA at the moment.  

 

- In case of unforeseen events, such as bad-weather conditions, or public holiday, the delivery time may be compensated with a delay.

 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

 

1) General Return Scenarios:

 

- If there's an issue of vision or if it does not match the prescription provided, we will offer a redo of your lenses after verifying the case.

 

- We will thoroughly inspect the returned item to proceed with the necessary corrective actions. 

 

- When you return a product, it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit without proof of postage. 

 

- We do not offer return labels, hence, customers will be responsible for returns in case of a re-do of of their lenses.

 

 

2) General Refund Scenarios:

 

- Goggles4u offers a 15-day warranty on lenses. If lenses are faulty, or have any type of vision issue, we can either offer a re-do or a full-refund after thoroughly verifying the case from our end.

 

- Goggles4U will verify the returned product for a refund in accordance with the following documents: 

 

1) Prescription Issue (We may ask for a copy of your prescription issued by an optician)

 

2) Product Warranty (We may verify if the product you're claiming a refund for was ordered within 15-days before making a request)

 

3) Confirmation on Company Error (We may scrutinize and confirm the error occurred in your case on our end) 

 

- Please note that we have full rights to refuse the issue of a refund or replacement if the item have suffered damage after the delivery, have been misused, or the problem has occurred due to wear and tear.

 

- Although our 15-days full refund policy is readily available for maximum customer satisfaction, we still believe in solving order issues with a collaborative spirit and mutual understanding.

 

- You can use our 24/7 customer support with Live Chat and Phone Support to process your returns/refunds.

 

 

PRICING:

 

Depending on the frame type, prices can be exclusively checked on our page for Re-Lensing at Goggles4u.

 

However, here's the breakdown of our pricing model:

 

- For full-rim frames, our service charge is $25.

 

- For half-rim frames, it is $35 to re-lens your pair. 

 

- Please note the the price for lenses + lens coatings will be billed additionally.

 

- The service charge mentioned above do not cover the price of lenses, lens-coatings or any other lens add-ons you choose.
